travel to china - medical care

As a small business, if we are sending a group to China, would it be a smart idea to have some sort of Travel medical insurance? I have no idea what sort of medical care if available or if there would even be Short term health insurance that would cover emergency needs in China. Any tips or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
