Women in every State have stood at the family/work-life crossroad in search of an entry ramp that never appears on their horizon. Too many smart, accomplished women are forever locked out of careers due to a choice to raise children.
Let us sound the clarion call for constructive work-life policy initiatives, such as tax credits for the hiring women who have been out of the workforce for a period of time. It's time effective On-Ramps be built for all seeking re-entry to the full time work force and established careers!
